    Linear motors

    They are synchronous or induction three-phase motors with distributed windings supplied from static frequency converters and with feedback position sensors, which allow precise linear movement and force transfer while maintaining high dynamics of the drive.

    L3S, L3SK series

    Three-phase synchronous servomotors with the winding distributed on the primary section excited by permanent magnets type Nd-Fe-B which are a part of the secondary part of the linear motor. The cooling of primary parts is IC40 (natural cooling by motor surface) or it is provided by an integrated or additional cooler – water cooling IC3W7.

    Compact design in sizes with forces up to 50 to 16 000N, movement speed from 0.01 mm/sec to 15 m/sec and the modulus of active area width 25 mm. Active width 25-250mm (size L3S025-L3S250).

    L7S, L7SK series

    The L7S/L7SK series of synchronous linear motors is characterized with an increased degree of protection IP67. The increased degree of protection is ensured by encapsulating the active part of the motor with winding (primary part) into a metal frame. The primary part of the linear motor with a vacuum poured winding is located in a stainless sheet metal housing. The advantage of this design is strengthening the motor against splashed liquids and long service life of the drive. The L7S series can be equipped alternatively with integrated water cooling which ensures more efficient removal of losses and guarantees a considerable improvement in the motor parameters.

    LNS series

    Synchronous linear motors with the primary part without ferromagnetic materials. The primary parts of these linear motors feature a low weight, apparently zero pull forces between the primary and secondary parts, a high efficiency and an absence of pulling force pulsations. Owing to these properties, they can be used with advantage in dynamic applications demanding the movement speed, acceleration, accuracy and a low weight of the drive.
    They are made in sizes with peak forces 80 to 1 900 N (sizes LNS025-LNS100).

    Three-phase synchronous servomotors with the winding distributed on the primary section excited by permanent magnets type Nd-Fe-B which are a part of the secondary part of the linear motor. The cooling of primary parts is IC40 (natural cooling by motor surface) or it is provided by an integrated or additional cooler – water cooling IC3W7.

    Standard design in sizes with forces up to 50 to 8 000 N, movement speed from 0.01 mm/sec to 15 m/sec and the modulus of active area width 25 mm. Active width 25-160 mm (size L1S025-LS160).




    LA series


    LA series

    The secondary part of the induction linear machine is comprised of a simpler and more reasonably priced design which is made up of a squirrel cage. The squirrel cage is comprised of a winding mounted in slots or an aluminium (or copper) strip fixed on a steel pad. The advantage of these undemanding drives is the possibility to be supplied straight from the standard distribution network 3x400 V/50 Hz without the need of using a frequency converter.
    It is made in sizes with peak forces 100 to 500 N.
